What happens in a complimentary consultation?
Your consultation is an opportunity for us to understand your concerns, assess your oral health, and explore the best treatment options for you.
We begin by taking digital scans, photos, and dental X-rays, allowing us to evaluate your bone levels and measurements to determine if you are a suitable candidate for All-on-4® treatment. As part of this process, we also create a Smile Design, giving you a preview of how your new smile could look on your face.
During your visit, we take the time to answer any questions you may have and provide a comprehensive explanation of how the All-on-4® treatment is performed in our clinic, ensuring you feel fully informed and confident in your next steps.
What does the day of surgery involve?
We provide a caring, comfortable and safe environment for your All-on-4® Dental implant journey. Situated in the rooms of 818 Dental, our specialist team will welcome you around 8am, the day of surgery.
Embrace a peaceful start to your day where we welcome you to your own serene and private patient suite. With your well-being as our top priority, we ensure you are sedated to minimise pain during your procedure.
Post Surgery
Our post-surgery team accompanies you to our dedicated recovery areas. Here, you can unwind and recover while our experienced team begins to design and create your personalised provisional teeth in our state-of-the-art laboratory. We use the digital Smile Design we have designed together previously during your consultation.
The first step to your final smile
Your transformative ‘smile in a day’ All-On-4® teeth are delicately fitted in place. These are your first set of fixed provisional teeth, you depart knowing that your ongoing care and support are firmly in place.
Throughout your entire journey, we are dedicated to providing you with the highest level of comfort, personalised care, and a safe environment.
How long does it take?
The entire treatment process—from consultation to the placement of the final teeth—can take between 3 to 6 months. The initial surgery is completed in a single day, and after a healing period, the permanent prosthetic is fitted.
How long is recovery?
Most patients recover from the initial surgery within a few days to a week. Minor swelling and discomfort are common but easily managed with prescribed medication. Full integration of the implants into the bone typically takes a few months.

Implant retained removeable dentures (known as "snap on" or "clip on" dentures).

All-On-4® dental costs include surgery and 3D printed provisional teeth. Upgrade to final teeth is separate.
